2. What we process and why

Account and contact details, your dog's profile, order and billing records, technical usage data and anything you publish in the private community.

Legal bases: performance of the contract for orders and the account, your consent for the newsletter and refill reminders, legitimate interest for security and aggregate statistics, and legal obligation for accounting and consumer records.

3. Sharing and retention

Processors handle hosting, payments, delivery and email under Article 28 GDPR contracts. Card data is processed by the payment gateway and never stored by PerroAmante.

Account data is kept while your account is active; invoicing records are kept for six years as required by Spanish law.

4. Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability, and withdraw consent, by writing to hola@perroamante.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (AEPD).

5. Governing version
